I placed an order on January 21. After trying for over a week to get answer on lead times, I was finally told it would take 2-4 weeks from order for delivery. I was told they didn’t have the components to assemble the product. After 4 weeks I inquired about delivery again and they have refused to respond. I paid up front, have received no product, no shipping information, and no response to follow up questions.

The Domino Dash seems to stump the kids. They’re not sure what to do with it, even when the instructions and suggestions are posted. We tried setting up a course so they could see how it works, but they just walk up to the board and start moving pegs around. They don’t seem to get the concept! I’d love to know if others have had a different experience.

Bottom line: kids love it and it’s great brain work for all ages!

This is the first review I have ever written for a company and the only reason I am doing it is because this product has had such an amazing impact on our business. If you’re worried, or thinking, about ROI, I can promise you that no matter how aggressive your numbers are, you are almost certainly underestimating the impact this will have on your business.

Litezilla allowed us to create a safe, fun, and endless entertainment for our two special needs children. FRAME AND GRID
The LiteZilla grid and frame is constructed from medical-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Select units and our MINI can be built with a finished wood exterior.

There are no internal moving parts and no flaps over the grid holes making LiteZillas distinctly durable and virtually maintenance-free.
LITEPIN BINS

Each LiteZilla features illuminated storage cubbies at the bottom of the unit for easy access and storage of the LitePins.

LIGHTS
Premium LED backlights and bin lights are used in all LiteZilla units. They are engineered for use not only in bright rooms and outdoors, but also in dimly lit spaces. Our lighting manufacturing partner holds multiple patents for their LED technology and has been selected as the flagship provider for LED products used in government facilities, commercial properties, and retail locations across the globe.

ELECTRICAL
All of the LiteZilla electrical components are UL Recognized and tested thoroughly before shipping. LiteZillas plug into a standard 110V electrical outlet and draw between 2A-18A (depending on size). Units can also be hardwired upon request.

International Orders will be built with power components to comply with local standards.

ON/OFF
A non-dimming on/off decora-style light switch is built into the right side of the frame of our standard units. Lights can be dimmable upon request.

POWER CUBBY
Power supplies are safely and conveniently located in the power cubby. The cubby has been designed to fit over the electrical outlet that will power the LiteZilla.

COLORS
Each LiteZilla arrives with a set of colorful translucent LitePins in every color of the rainbow! They are engineered to fit comfortably into the board’s holes and illuminate instantly when inserted.

SIZE AND SAFETY
Standard LitePins are 4” long x 1” in diameter. Mini LitePins are 2.25” long x 1” in diameter. LitePins are not affected by sunlight, moisture, or heat. After each LitePin is cut to length, our finishing process includes a polishing procedure to create a smooth end with no sharp edges and to ensure they produce the brightest color transmission possible.
Our LitePins have been tested and cleared for choking safety by a licensed pediatrician as well as the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Small Objects Tester.

LITEZILLA

The LiteZilla frame, grid, and storage cubbies can be cleaned with medical-grade wipes or an all- purpose cleaner paired with a non-abrasive cloth.

LITEPINS

LitePins can be cleaned with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipes and are dishwasher safe.

Our shipping department handles all the logistics of getting your LiteZilla from our workshop to your front door.

Your new LiteZilla unit will arrive fully-assembled, safely packed in a wooden crate, with all hardware required for installation. The courier can deliver to a loading dock if one is available. Otherwise, our standard delivery service includes delivery to the exterior of the building.

White-glove shipping can be added to select orders.

What an amazing product and an even more amazing Wisconsin-based company! LiteZilla worked with our school district on custom orders and even helped us with installation of LiteZilla boards throughout our school district. At our high school library, students use the board multiple times a day -- it's amazing to watch our students create pixel art and watch as the art changes at least five times a day. And to be very honest, adults love it, too!

Our Kidworx Interactive Wall has been an enormous hit with the kids. We have eight panels, two-up, four across, and four bins across the bottom. This set-up is right for two activities. We purchased three: the Picture Pegs, Domino Dash, and Turbo Raceway, and found that there are too many pieces to have out all at once, so we rotate them. The kids LOVE the Turbo Raceway, which is good for a wide range of ages. The Picture Pegs are also good for a wide age range, and are great hand-eye practice for toddlers.

The Domino Dash seems to stump the kids. They're not sure what to do with it, even when the instructions and suggestions are posted. We tried setting up a course so they could see how it works, but they just walk up to the board and start moving pegs around. They don't seem to get the concept! I'd love to know if others have had a different experience.

Bottom line: kids love it and it's great brain work for all ages!

I believe every business that has people waiting, or spending time, in, from doctors offices to bars and schools, can benefit from a LiteZilla. The system is so bright and colorful that it begs people of all ages to play with it - and more importantly, to talk about it! I own a Children's art school and it is without a doubt or biggest "Wow Factor." This system has brought us free media coverage and an absurd amount of referral business. Honestly, we could have paid double for it and we would still be thrilled right now!

This is the first review I have ever written for a company and the only reason I am doing it is because this product has had such an amazing impact on our business. If you're worried, or thinking, about ROI, I can promise you that no matter how aggressive your numbers are, you are almost certainly underestimating the impact this will have on your business.

To wrap this up let me just add, the customer support is as good as the product, so you won't have any issues there.

Bottom line... if you're thinking about buying this, just do it - I don't care what your business is, you won't regret it.

We installed a LiteZilla at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and we absolutely love it. It is a giant hit with guests of all ages. It's beautiful, interactive, and very well made. Highly recommend LiteZilla!!

This was installed at one of our public library branches in January and it became an instant hit with families of all ages. From across the library, the lights draw you in and I've seen people of all ages enjoying it. I like to walk by it regularly during my rounds to see the latest designs and I'm always impressed by people's ingenuity.
